The Philip Simmons Iron Horses volleyball team (Charleston, SC), was dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Travelers Rest Devildogs (Travelers Rest, SC)

The Devildogs (13-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Seahawks enter the non-league challenge with a 6-12 record. In their last challenge, Hilton Head Island was dropped by James Island (Charleston, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Iron Horses meet the Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 22. Philip Simmons will attempt to move on its 22-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 16-15 record after their 2-0 league win over King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA).
