The Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME) football edged the host Poland Knights (Poland, ME), 20-14 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Oak Hill Raiders (Sabattus, ME) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 6. Mountain Valley will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME). The Greyhounds come into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
