The Walker Valley Mustangs football squad scored 21 points and limited the host Ooltewah Owls to 6 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mustangs now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Soddy Daisy for a non-league test on Monday, September 29. Walker Valley will meet a Trojans team coming off a 14-14 non-league Rhea County (Evensville, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Ooltewah drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Owls host McMinn County (Athens, TN) to clash with the Cherokees in a non-league outing on Monday, September 29. The Cherokees come into the outing with a record of 2-1.
