In Monday's league outing, the visiting Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Jones Eagles.
The Bobcats (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Kelly (Chicago, IL). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Kelly got by Crete-Monee (Crete, IL), 5-2, in a non-league outing.
With the loss, Jones moves to 6-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Senn (Chicago, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 24. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Senn lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Mather (Chicago, IL)
