In Monday's non-league outing, the host Highlands Golden Rams soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Carrick Raiders.

The Golden Rams (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Valley (New Kensington, PA). The Vikings go into the WPIAL AA 2 outing with a 0-6 record. In their last outing, Valley was overwhelmed by Jeannette (Jeannette, PA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Raiders confront the Brentwood Spartans (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, September 24. Carrick will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 7-1 league win over Bishop Canevin (Pittsburgh, PA).
