Spectators at Monday's non-league contest between the Dunwoody Wildcats (Dunwoody, GA) and the host Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA), saw Dunwoody's softball squad beat Norcross by a score of 16-5.

With the triumph, Dunwoody improves its record to 15-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Arabia Mountain (Lithonia, GA) to face the Rams in a 5A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, September 23. The Rams enter the contest with a record of 5-9. Arabia Mountain lost 13-0 in their recent league bout against Tri-Cities (East Point, GA)

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, September 24. Norcross will attempt to advance on its 6-16 season record. The Bears enter the contest with a 5-14 record after their 14-1 league loss to Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA).
