With the win, Southwest improves its record to 1-11 on the season. The Patriots travel to Lamar County (Barnesville, GA) to encounter the Trojans in a 1A Area 2 battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Trojans enter the contest with a record of 18-6. Lamar County won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Crawford County (Roberta, GA)

Next, the Hawks battle the Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) in a 1A Area 2 contest, on Tuesday, September 23. Central will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Raiders go into the battle with a 4-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Dublin (Dublin, GA).
