Mississippi High School Volleyball - Nettleton bounced by East Union

The Nettleton Tigers volleyball team (Nettleton, MS), was knocked off 3-0 in Monday's non-league contest with the host East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS)

The Urchins (26-4) will now prepare for their contest against Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, Tupelo Christian Prep notched a victory over West Lowndes (Columbus, MS), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Choctaw County Chargers (Ackerman, MS) in a Class 3A Region 4 contest, on Tuesday, September 23. Nettleton will attempt to improve on its 18-11 season record. The Chargers go into the battle with a 10-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Winona (Winona, MS).
