Illinois High School Volleyball - Hinsdale South Fenwick

Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Fenwick improves its record to 17-7 on the season. The Friars travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Wolfpack in a Girls Catholic (GCAC) outing on Thursday, September 25. The Wolfpack come into the outing with a record of 14-4. Saint Ignatius College Prep won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL)

With the loss, Hinsdale South drops to 11-14 on the campaign. The Hornets host St. Laurence (Burbank, IL) to face the Vikings in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 23. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 15-6. St. Laurence won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL)
