Maryland High School Volleyball - Mount de Sales Academy overwhelmed by The Academy of the Holy Cross

The The Academy of the Holy Cross Tartans topped the host Mount de Sales Academy Sailors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Tartans confront the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic game, on Thursday, September 25. The Academy of the Holy Cross will attempt to advance on its 12-0 season record. The Cadets go into the game with a 9-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD).

The Sailors (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD). The Cavaliers go into the IAAM A game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Archbishop Spalding gained a win over St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD), 3-0, in a league game.
