The Mustangs (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Daviess County (Owensboro, KY). The Panthers come into the 6A District 1 game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Daviess County toppled Marshall County (Benton, KY), 57-0, in a league game.

The Eagles now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Henderson County for a 6A District 1 game on Friday, October 7.
