In Friday's league game, the Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY) football team knocked off the visiting Seneca Red Hawks (Louisville, KY), by a final score of 58-27.
The Ravens (4-2) will now prepare for their game against South Oldham (Crestwood, KY). The Dragons come into the 5A District 4 game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, South Oldham toppled Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY), 43-0, in a league game.
The Red Hawks now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Bullitt for a 5A District 4 battle on Friday, September 30. Seneca will face a Eagles squad coming off a 48-14 non-league loss to Eastern (Louisville, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 0-6.
