In Friday's non-league match, the host Axtell Eagles football squad scored a big 56-0 victory over the Linn Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Blue Valley Rams (Randolph, KS) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 30. Axtell will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 52-6 non-league loss to Hanover (Hanover, KS).
