California High School Football - Linden nips Bear Creek

September 23, 2022: Linden, CA 95236

In Friday's league match, the host Linden Lions football squad scored a close 7-0 victory over the Bear Creek Bruins.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA) in a San Joaquin Athletic Association match, on Friday, September 30. Linden will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a 1-5 record after their 38-18 league win over Chavez (Stockton, CA).

The Bruins (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Stagg (Stockton, CA). The Delta Kings enter the San Joaquin Athletic Association match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Stagg held off Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA), 26-13, in a league match.
