The Oak Glen Golden Bears football team (New Cumberland, WV), was ripped 62-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Beaver Beavers (Lisbon, OH)
The Beavers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH). The Huskies come into the Ohio Valley AAAA challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Harrison Central was ripped by St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH), 43-0, in a league test.
With the loss, Oak Glen moves to 1-4 on the season. The Golden bears host Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV) to confront the Indians in a Potomac Valley I test on Friday, September 30. The Indians go into the test with a record of 0-5. Berkeley Springs lost 70-19 in their recent non-league test against Tucker County (Hambleton, WV)
