The Gaithersburg Trojans football team (Gaithersburg, MD), was tipped 1-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD)
The Barons (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Patriots come into the Montgomery County 4A - West challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Wootton was tipped by Churchill (Potomac, MD), 44-0, in a league challenge.
The Trojans now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Urbana for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 30. Gaithersburg will meet a Hawks team coming off a 49-0 non-league win over Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD). The Hawks record now stands at 4-0.
