Brentwood War Eagles (Sandersville, GA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host George Walton Academy Bulldogs (Monroe, GA), 41-26 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Brentwood improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The War Eagles host Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA) to battle the Buccaneers in a non-league test on Friday, September 30. The Buccaneers come into the test with a record of 3-2. Briarwood Academy won 50-3 in their recent non-league test against Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA)
With the loss, George Walton Academy drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Riverside Military Academy (Gainesville, GA) to battle the Eagles in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 4 test on Friday, October 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-5.
