North Carolina High School Football - R-S Central routed by Brevard

The R-S Central Hilltoppers football team (Rutherfordton, NC), was ripped 44-6 in Friday's league challenge with the host Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC)

The Blue Devils (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Chase (Forest City, NC). The Trojans come into the 2A West Conference 41 challenge with a 5-0 record.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Polk County for a 2A West Conference 41 challenge on Thursday, September 29. R-S Central will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 34-21 league loss to Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-3.
