Texas High School Football - Temple trounces Bryan

In Friday's league match, the visiting Temple Wildcats football squad scored a big 53-19 victory over the Bryan Vikings.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Weiss Wolves (Pflugerville, TX) in a 6A Region II District 12 match, on Friday, September 30. Temple will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Wolves enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 21-14 league loss to Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX).

The Vikings (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX). The Bulldawgs enter the 6A Region II District 12 match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Copperas Cove routed University (Waco, TX), 51-18, in a non-league match.
