Ohio High School Football - Margaretta topples Calvert

September 23, 2022: Castalia, OH 44824

The Margaretta Polar Bears (Castalia, OH) football defeated the visiting Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH), 30-0 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Polar Bears face the Lakota Raiders (Kansas, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River bout, on Friday, September 30. Margaretta will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 44-7 league loss to Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH).

The Senecas (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Berne Union (Sugar Grove, OH). The Rockets enter the non-league bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Berne Union defeated Miller (Corning, OH), 41-20, in a league bout.
