Utah High School Football - Canyon View nips Manti

September 23, 2022: Cedar City, UT 84720

In Friday's league match, the host Canyon View Falcons football squad scored a close 35-28 victory over the Manti Templars.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Juab Wasps (Nephi, UT) in a 3A - South match, on Friday, September 30. Canyon View will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Wasps go into the test with a 7-0 record after their 52-28 league win over North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT).

With the loss, Manti moves to 3-4 on the season. The Templars travel to Richfield (Richfield, UT) to confront the Wildcats in a 3A - South test on Friday, September 30. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 5-2. Richfield won 47-2 in their recent league test against Carbon (Price, UT)
