Michigan High School Football - Clare overwhelms Harrison

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Clare Pioneers (Clare, MI) and the visiting Harrison Hornets (Harrison, MI), observed Clare's football squad bounce Harrison by a count of 49-10.

The Pioneers now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Okemos for a non-league contest on Friday, September 30. Clare will play a Wolves squad coming off a 41-6 league loss to Waverly (Lansing, MI). The Wolves record now stands at 0-5.

Coming up next, the Hornets play the Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) in a Jack Pine contest, on Saturday, October 1. Harrison will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Bluejays go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 21-20 non-league win over Godwin Heights (Wyoming, MI).
