New Jersey High School Football - Cranford can't get by St. Thomas Aquinas

September 23, 2022: Cranford, NJ 07016

The St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans held off the host Cranford Cougars football team by a final score of 27-24 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, St. Thomas Aquinas improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Trojans host Hillside (Hillside, NJ) to confront the Comets in a non-league outing on Friday, September 30. The Comets go into the outing with a record of 4-0. Hillside won 42-7 in their recent non-league outing against New Providence (New Providence, NJ)

With the loss, Cranford moves to 2-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Rahway (Rahway, NJ) to confront the Indians in a Big Central - United Gold outing on Friday, September 30. The Indians go into the outing with a record of 3-1. Rahway lost 20-0 in their recent league outing against Summit (Summit, NJ)
