The Mahar Regional Senators football team (Orange, MA), was beaten 36-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Drury/Mount Greylock Regional (North Adams, MA)
The (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against McCann Tech (North Adams, MA). The Hornets come into the Tri-County challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, McCann Tech was beaten by Mashpee (Mashpee, MA), 36-8, in a non-league challenge.
The Senators now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin County Tech for a Intercounty - North challenge on Friday, September 30. Mahar Regional will meet a Eagles team coming off a 49-0 non-league loss to Groton-Dunstable (Groton, MA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
