North Carolina High School Football - Eastern Randolph overwhelms West Stanly

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC) and the host West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC), observed Eastern Randolph's football squad bounce West Stanly by a count of 42-0.

The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Southwestern Randolph for a 1A/2A West Conference 31 contest on Friday, September 30. Eastern Randolph will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 40-2 non-league win over Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 4-1.

Coming up next, the Colts encounter the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a 2A/3A West Conference 44 contest, on Friday, October 7. West Stanly will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
