The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) and the host Fayetteville Wolves (Sylacauga, AL), observed Horseshoe Bend's football squad thwart Fayetteville by a tally of 48-20.
The Generals now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to LaFayette for a 2A Region 3 contest on Friday, September 30. Horseshoe Bend will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 60-28 league loss to Goshen (Goshen, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.
