The Frontier Cougars football team (New Matamoras, OH), was ripped 41-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Waterford Wildcats (Waterford, OH)
The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against South Gallia (Crown City, OH). The Rebels come into the Tri-Valley - Hocking challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, South Gallia trounced Belpre (Belpre, OH), 59-3, in a league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Conotton Valley for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 30. Frontier will meet a Rockets team coming off a 56-8 non-league loss to Caldwell (Caldwell, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 2-4.
