St. Francis Gladiators (Traverse City, MI) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Grayling Vikings (Grayling, MI), 42-13 in a league test.
With the triumph, St. Francis improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI) to confront the Chiefs in a Northern Michigan - Leaders test on Saturday, October 1. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 2-3. Cheboygan won 60-8 in their recent non-league test against Dansville (Dansville, MI)
With the loss, Grayling moves to 1-4 on the season. The Vikings host Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI) to play the Huskies in a Northern Michigan - Leaders battle on Friday, September 23. The Huskies go into the battle with a record of 1-3.
