Texas High School Football - Hull-Daisetta held off by West Hardin

In Friday's non-league game, the West Hardin Oilers (Saratoga, TX) football team tipped the visiting Hull-Daisetta Bobcats (Daisetta, TX), by a final score of 20-18.

The Oilers (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Centerville (Centerville, TX). The Tigers come into the 2A-1 Region III District 12 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Centerville got by Jefferson (Jefferson, TX), 30-28, in a non-league game.

The Bobcats now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host KIPP Northeast for a non-league game on Friday, September 30. Hull-Daisetta will battle a Navigators team coming off a 48-12 non-league loss to Kashmere (Houston, TX). The Navigators record now stands at 3-1.
