Mississippi High School Football - Southeast Lauderdale trounced by Kemper County

The Kemper County Wildcats walloped the visiting Southeast Lauderdale Tigers football team by a count of 48-13 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Kemper County upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Lake (Lake, MS) to encounter the Hornets in a 2A Region 5 outing on Friday, September 30. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 1-4. Lake lost 52-6 in their recent non-league outing against Scott Central (Forest, MS)

With the defeat, Southeast Lauderdale falls to 0-5 on the year. The Tigers host Union (Union, MS) to face the Yellowjackets in a 3A Region 5 bout on Friday, September 30. The Yellowjackets enter the bout with a record of 3-2. Union won 28-20 in their recent non-league bout against Choctaw County (Ackerman, MS)
