The Oxford Wolverines football squad scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Kennedy Eagles to 6 in the Wolverines league victory on Friday.

The Wolverines now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seymour for a Naugatuck Valley - Copper battle on Friday, September 30. Oxford will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 28-21 league loss to Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
