The Veritas Christian Eagles football team (Lawrence, KS), was ripped 62-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Life Prep Fire (Wichita, KS)

The Fire (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cornerstone Family (Topeka, KS). The Saints come into the Kansas Christian AA (8 Man) challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Cornerstone Family trounced Wichita HomeSchool (Wichita, KS), 42-24, in a league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northland Christian for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 30. Veritas Christian will meet a team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to North Andrew (Rosendale, MO). The record now stands at 0-4.
