In Friday's league match, the visiting Soda Springs Cardinals football squad scored a good 49-18 victory over the Malad Dragons.
In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the West Side Pirates (Dayton, ID) in a 2A South East Idaho match, on Friday, September 30. Soda Springs will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 3-1 record after their 28-27 league loss to Bear Lake (Montpelier, ID).
The Dragons (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Aberdeen (Aberdeen, ID). The Tigers enter the 2A South East Idaho match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Aberdeen thwarted Soda Springs (Soda Springs, ID), 56-19, in a league match.
