The Mandeville Skippers football squad scored 41 points and restricted the host Northshore Panthers to 20 in the Skippers league victory on Friday.
The Skippers now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Slidell for a 5A District 6 battle on Thursday, September 29. Mandeville will play a Tigers squad coming off a 21-7 league win over St. Paul's (Covington, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
Coming up next, the Panthers play the Amite School Center Rebels (Liberty, MS) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 23. Northshore will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 48-24 non-league win over Enterprise (Brookhaven, MS).
