The Mediapolis Bulldogs football squad scored 35 points and restricted the host West Branch Bears to 13 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilton for a 1A District 5 battle on Friday, September 30. Mediapolis will play a Beavers squad coming off a 37-13 league loss to Regina (Iowa City, IA). The Beavers record now stands at 3-2.

Next up, the Bears meet the Durant Wildcats (Durant, IA) in a 1A District 5 challenge, on Friday, September 30. West Branch will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 56-0 league win over Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA).
