The North DeSoto Griffins football squad scored 40 points and restricted the host Minden Crimson Tide to 12 in the Griffins league victory on Friday.

The Griffins now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a 4A District 1 battle on Friday, September 30. North DeSoto will play a Lions squad coming off a 38-8 league loss to Woodlawn-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA). The Lions record now stands at 0-4.

Coming up next, the Crimson Tide play the Huntington Raiders (Shreveport, LA) in a 4A District 1 battle, on Friday, September 30. Minden will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Raiders enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 28-20 league win over Northwood (Shreveport, LA).
