In Friday's non-league match, the host Sabetha Bluejays football squad scored a big 39-7 victory over the Minneapolis Lions.

In their next game, the Bluejays clash with the Riley County Falcons (Riley, KS) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 30. Sabetha will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 39-14 non-league win over Royal Valley (Hoyt, KS).
