The Northwest Mounties football team (Jackson, MI), was knocked off 27-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Western Panthers (Parma, MI)
The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI). The Beavers come into the Interstate Eight challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Harper Creek was knocked off by Hastings (Hastings, MI), 52-6, in a league challenge.
The Mounties now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lumen Christi Catholic for a Interstate Eight challenge on Friday, September 30. Northwest will meet a Titans team coming off a 41-0 league win over Coldwater (Coldwater, MI). The Titans record now stands at 2-3.
