California High School Football - Rio Linda crushed by Placer

Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA), 56-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Placer improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Hillmen host Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to battle the Bruins in a Foothill Valley test on Friday, September 30. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 2-2. Ponderosa lost 51-7 in their recent non-league test against Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA)

With the loss, Rio Linda drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Dixon (Dixon, CA) to battle the Rams in a Golden Empire League test on Friday, September 30. The Rams come into the test with a record of 4-1. Dixon won 47-6 in their recent non-league test against Fairfield (Fairfield, CA)
