Alabama High School Football - Zion Chapel topples Pleasant Home

The Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL) football defeated the visiting Pleasant Home Eagles (Andalusia, AL), 28-19 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rebels face the Long Rebels (Skipperville, AL) in a 2A Region 2 bout, on Friday, September 30. Zion Chapel will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Rebels enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 26-22 non-league loss to Dale County (Midland City, AL).

The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Kinston (Kinston, AL). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Region 2 bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Kinston lost by Goshen (Goshen, AL), 63-19, in a non-league bout.
