The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Marin Catholic Wildcats (Kentfield, CA) and the visiting San Marin Mustangs (Novato, CA), saw Marin Catholic's volleyball squad beat San Marin by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Marin Catholic upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year.

The Mustangs now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Novato for a bout on Wednesday, September 28. San Marin will play a Hornets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Carondelet (Concord, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-2.
