Illinois High School Soccer - Lyons held off by Bloom

The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL) and the host Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL), saw Bloom's soccer squad get by Lyons by a margin of 3-2.
The Blazing Trojan now sport a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Thornton for a SICA test on Tuesday, September 27. Bloom will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Lyons drops to 9-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, September 26. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 6-7. Riverside-Brookfield lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL)
