In Friday's league battle, the host First Baptist Christian soccer squad scored a close 7-0 triumph over the Lake County Baptist Lions.
The (5-0) will now prepare for their bout against Watseka (Watseka, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 7-9 record. In their last bout, Watseka was overwhelmed by Fisher/Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Fisher, IL), 6-1, in a non-league bout.
