    The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the The Woodlands Highlanders (The Woodlands, TX) and the host Episcopal Knights (Bellaire, TX), saw The Woodlands's volleyball squad beat Episcopal by a tally of 3-0.

    With the win, The Woodlands upgrades its record to 29-8 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Oak Ridge (Conroe, TX) to play the War Eagles in a 6A Region II District 13 bout on Tuesday, September 27. The War Eagles go into the bout with a record of 20-14. Oak Ridge lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Willis (Willis, TX)

    The Knights now own a 23-7 record. They play next when they travel to St. Stephen's Episcopal for a Southwest Prep - South bout on Friday, September 30.
