The Gospel Light Christian Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Maranatha Baptist Christian Eagles to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.

The Lions now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwest Christian Academy for a Arkansas Christian - Central game on Tuesday, October 4.

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Garrett Memorial Christian (Hope, AR). The Saints enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record.
