The Roosevelt Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting La Sierra Eagles to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.
The Mustangs now have a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chino Hills for a non-league game on Friday, September 23. Roosevelt will confront a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league win over Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 16-0.
The Eagles (11-16) will now prepare for their game against Westlake (Westlake Village, CA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Westlake dropped by Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
