The Lakeville South Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Stillwater Ponies to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now have a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayzata for a non-league game on Saturday, September 24. Lakeville South will meet a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 league win over St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 10-1.
The Ponies (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Lakers enter the non-league game with a 4-6 record. In their last game, Prior Lake gained a win over Eastview (Apple Valley, MN), 3-2, in a league game.
