In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Travelers Rest Devildogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the May River Sharks .
The Devildogs (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against St. Vincent's (Savannah, GA). The Saints come into the non-league battle with a 19-8 record. In their last battle, St. Vincent's defeated Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Sharks encounter the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 24. May River will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Cyclones come into the battle with a 10-16 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to South Aiken (Aiken, SC).
