The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets (Manlius, NY) and the visiting McQuaid Jesuit Knights (Rochester, NY), saw Fayetteville-Manlius's volleyball squad beat McQuaid Jesuit by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Fayetteville-Manlius upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Hornets travel to Cicero-North Syracuse (Cicero, NY) to play the Northstars in a SCAC Metro bout on Monday, October 16. The Northstars go into the bout with a record of 5-2.

The Knights now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cicero-North Syracuse for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. McQuaid Jesuit will play a Northstars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Midlakes (Clifton Springs, NY). The Northstars record now stands at 3-2.
