The Lowell Catholic Crusaders football team (Lowell, MA), was tipped 21-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Cathedral Panthers (Boston, MA)
The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Spellman nipped Bishop Stang (North Dartmouth, MA), 22-15, in a league challenge.
The Crusaders now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Whittier RVT for a Commonwealth - Small challenge on Friday, September 29. Lowell Catholic will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 50-26 non-league win over Dracut (Dracut, MA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
